Many of the jewelry designs are only available in limited quantities so please ask before you use the checkout system if you are looking to buy more than one of the same item. There is a very slim chance that two people will order the same unique piece before I am able to remove it from the gallery. If this happens, the person who placed the second order will receive a full refund or credit towards another piece.
I can customize most pieces so please ask about any changes you may like and I will do my best to accommodate your preferences! (For example you may want a piece longer or shorter or you may be partial to a particular type of earring finding such as leverbacks, posts etc.)
Also if you're interested in seeing any of the pieces in greater detail or some images that show the clasps, please let me know and I can send you some larger pics.
How to Order and Payment Options
For credit cards, I can only accept payment online through PayPal. When you click the "add to cart" button for an item it will take you to the PayPal site where you can pay with a credit card. Signing up for PayPal is optional.
Once you have paid I will send an email confirming your purchase and another letting you know when the jewelry has shipped. Items usually ship within a couple of days otherwise the shipping time will be noted in the item description. Please include your email address when you check out so I can contact you about your shipping date. Be assured that your e-mail will only be used for this purpose and won’t be shared.
If you would prefer to pay by check or money order please email me at julie@juliegarland.com with the name of the item/items and I will send you a total. The jewelry will be mailed as soon as the payment has cleared.
Shipping and Packaging
Shipping charges within the U.S. and Canada are a flat rate of $3.00 US for up to $50 worth of merchandise. Buy over $50 and shipping is free! Shipping charges will automatically be calculated during the PayPal checkout. Any duties imposed by Canadian customs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items are shipped by USPS with delivery confirmation.
For orders outside the US or Canada please email me for a shipping rate.
All items arrive in colored organza gift bags or white gift boxes.
Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from julie garland jewelry! If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, items can be exchanged or returned for full refund (minus shipping costs) if returned in original condition within 30 days. I do ask that you please email me before you return an item.
